Exclusive: Suspected Islamists Attack Eastern Congo, Claiming Lives

A brutal attack by suspected Islamists attack Eastern Congo resulted in the deaths of at least 16 individuals in the village of Bukokoma, in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. The Congolese military, in coordination with United Nations peacekeeping forces, has been conducting operations to neutralize the ADF, but the group continues to evade capture and maintain a significant presence in the area. This latest attack underscores the ongoing instability and the need for sustained international support to combat the insurgency.
