Some men in Kano state have been arrested for promoting and sponsoring Russian flags

Reports has it that many Nigerian protesters who joined the #EndbadGovernance protest have started waving the Russian flag in different parts of the country.

It all started last week according to reports , it was held in different places where the protest was ongoing but before long the Russian flag had spread to a larger region.

This act was committed after the president had warned protest to desist from any unconstitutional activity.
He said, “Let us work together to build a brighter future for ourselves and for generations to come. Let us choose hope over fear, unity over division, and progress over stagnation. The economy is recovering; Please, don’t shut out its oxygen. Now that we have been enjoying democratic governance for 25 years, do not let the enemies of democracy use you to promote an unconstitutional agenda that will set us back on our democratic journey. Forward ever, backward never!”
But it was reported that one of these traitors was arrested and detained by the Kano state police , including some of the youths.
The traitor was reported to have had some Russian flags with him as at the time of his arrest. He was identified as Ahmed and had been taken in by the police for further interrogation.
