The  Youngest Judge In Pennsylvania, Hanif Johnson, was jailed three times.

Hanif Johnson, who won the election to become the youngest judge in Pennsylvania, became a judge after being jailed three times. He is an active member of the Democratic Party, a political party Donald Trump belongs to.

In the general election for the Dauphin County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania on election day last year, Hanif Johnson, at age 27, won the seat of a judge, making him the youngest Magisterial District judge in the Pennsylvania state. 

Hanif Johnson is a Harrisburg, Pennsylvania native who served his terms in January and is set to begin presiding over cases within the renounced black State capital.

“When you sit back, and you see Donald Trump become president, and you hear about all of these things we are being affected by, it seems like everything happens through the court system,” 

Johnson said to  HuffPost, explaining why he decided to run the election for the seat.

“Everybody always says we complain about stuff, but we never get up and do anything. This is me getting up and doing something.”

Hanif Johnson is very familiar with the law and no stranger to it.

He confessed that before he discovered his passion, track and field, he had been to jail thrice and lived on the street as a teenager.

“One day, I decided this ain’t the way I want to live my life, so I started running track. Track actually saved my life,” Johnson said after becoming a state champion. Currently, Johnson coaches track and field at Harrisburg High School.

At Penn State University, Hanif ran for law again as a student, but this time, he became a member of the fraternity, Omega Psi Phi. While he served the fraternity as its president, he was charged with many hazing allegations. “I went to jail for two weeks, then I went to trial. Thank God I won,” Johnson said. That was one of the happiest days; I just felt like my life was going to be taken from me.”

“It’s crazy because I know how it feels sitting across from that judge and that jury when you’re innocent,” he said.

“He has been to jail. He is a real guy!! And knows his job!! Only all those silly judges that don’t know anything  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll.” He said.
