The people of Kenya are aggrieved because of the controversial finance bill that will increase the cost of living and essential goods and services.

The proposed bill is suppose to bring in  steep taxes on basic food items like bread (16% sales tax) and cooking oil (25% duty), even  increase taxes on financial transactions and also  impose an annual 2.5% tax on car ownership, depending  on the car value.
