Tijion Esho, a Nigerian, UK-based doctor, has lost his medical licence for giving free Botex injections in exchange for sex.
The UK-based Nigerian doctor is a cosmetic surgeon who is known for his medical opinions and commentaries, which are discussed on popular TV programs like ITV’s This Morning and BBC’s Morning Live.

When he appeared before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service on Monday, he admitted to having had an improper affinity with a woman he disclosed as patient A, whom he revealed to have exchanged some sexual messages with on Instagram.
He also argued that he never had any physical sexual contact with patient A.
An MPTS panel sitting in Manchester ruled defending Escho of not having any sexual contact with patient A at one of his clinics in Newcastle in 2021 and had injected Botox for free with no charges.
The same tribunal also reported that months earlier, he had struck patient A hair and rubbed his body on her after telling her how much he loved the shape of her backside.
The court tribunal also said that Dr Esho had made similar advances on patient A something last year, even allowing her to masturbate on him.
With this evidence, the tribunal found that Dr Tijion Esho’s fitness to practise was impaired because of his misconduct and had to conclude that his name be removed from the medical register on Saturday.
The tribunal’s reasons for imposing the sanction will be released next week.

According to the report, among the inappropriate Instagram messages sent to patient A by the Doctor from July 2019 and February 2022, there was an exchange in conversation when the Doctor said: “What are you doing to me lol. Morning Glory. Bloody has me wanting the real thing. That’s like every man’s dream.”
In November 2019, the Doctor also posted: “Why are you making me bulge lol. Send more; don’t be sorry, lol.”
The next month, he said, “Lol, loving the tongue” and “Ha, free mls [millilitres of botox]. I’d need the whole booty and more”.
After a couple of weeks, he told her, “My God, having you for a night/every night is a dream, but if we do it for me, I break the doctors’ code, and I’d be a dead man x lol.”
The tribunal also ruled the act of the doctor as one who was sexually motivated but couldn’t lure Patient A because of her career position.
According to the medical website, Cleveland, Botox injections improve appearance by relaxing muscles that can cause wrinkles. They also treat medical conditions, including migraines, hyperhidrosis, overactive bladder, and eye problems.
