The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned Bright Echefu, the Managing Director of TStv, on allegations of defrauding a former Minister to the tune of N380 million. The arraignment took place in a Federal High Court, where Echefu faced multiple charges related to financial misconduct and fraud.
The case has attracted considerable attention due to the high-profile nature of the individuals involved and the substantial amount of money at stake. According to the EFCC, Echefu allegedly deceived the former Minister by promising lucrative investment opportunities that never materialized.
