A recent trend #SportyBetScam on Twitter (X) is taking the wave as users accuse SportyBet of scam due to their refusal to pay him the 7 Million Naira he won on the platform from betting.
The user took to X to report the incident, stating that according to the betting platform, SportyBet, they won’t let him withdraw based on “suspicion.”
Another user reported winning over 154 million Naira. Sportybet still refused to let him withdraw.
With other cases reported, many people are currently in doubt about the platform, even praying before withdrawing.
We are still yet to get any word from SportyBet regarding these incidents.
Sports betting is an enjoyable, legitimate game that is widely regulated. With so many sports betting platforms out there and a large community of players, there are also fraudsters who lurk around to deceive unsuspecting fans who are eager to win.
A lot of these fraudsters persuade their victims to invest in a risk-free gambling system that shows profit. However, in the long run, the results are revised.
